Peanut Butter Pie





8 oz cream cheese
2/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 pint of heavy whipping cream, whipped or 8 oz container of Cool Whip.
Chocolate fudge cookie, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter
Bag of miniature peanut butter cups, crushed

  1. Mix together crushed cookies & melted butter. Pat into pie pan. 
  2. Mix together the peanut butter and cream cheese.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk
  4. Add the whipping cream, already whipped.
  5. Add 1/2 of the peanut butter cups.
  6. Pour into pie pan.
  7. Top with remaining peanut butter cups.
I often double this recipe and put in a 9 x 13 pan. (Great for potlucks!)
