Non-Bake Cherry Cheesecake


1 gram cracker crust
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
one can of cherry fruit filling

  • In a large bowl combine: Cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Beat until smooth.
  • Stir in lemon juice & vanilla. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  • Top with cherry filling.
* You can alter this by changing the fruit filling Non-bake blueberry cheese cake, Non-bake strawberry cheesecake just by changing the type of fruit you use.
