English Toffee Crunch Dessert



2 cups of cold milk
2 pkg chocolate instant pudding
3 heath bars, chopped
2 heath bar, chopped (for topping)
1 small container of heavy whipping cream whipped. After whipped, add to that 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 package of chocolate fudge cookies, crushed
1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

  • Put crushed cookies in bottom of a 9x13 pan
  • Whisk together pudding and milk.
  • Stir in 1/2 of the whipped cream.
  • Stir in 3 of the chopped heath bars.
  • Pour pudding and whipped cream mixture over the crushed cookies.
  • Sprinkle the 2 Heath Bars over the top.
  • Melt  chocolate chips and drizzle over dessert.
