Coconut Bread



Preheat oven to 350°

Combine:

2/3 cup butter flavored Crisco
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
3 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
7 oz bag of coconut

Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
