Chicken Ring




2 pkg Pillsbury Crescent rolls
4 cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces.
1 small onion finely chopped
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
8 oz Monterrey Jack  or cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 lb fresh broccoli, chopped
  • Combine all ingredients except for crescent rolls.
  • Separate crescent rolls into triangles and arrange with points in the middle.
  • Pinch seams together. (overlap edges to fit)
  • Spoon mixture onto rolls forming a ring.
  • Bring points of rolls up and over ring formation and attach to fat side of roll.
  • Pull up fat (back) portion of roll to form a crust around the outside of ring.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350° .
  • Cut with a pizza cutter.
* I can never seem to get this right! Definitely not a pretty site....I end up just dividing the mixture between the 16 crescent rolls and wrap them any which way I can! Still taste great!
