2 pkg Pillsbury Crescent rolls
4 cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces.
1 small onion finely chopped
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
8 oz Monterrey Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 lb fresh broccoli, chopped
- Combine all ingredients except for crescent rolls.
- Separate crescent rolls into triangles and arrange with points in the middle.
- Pinch seams together. (overlap edges to fit)
- Spoon mixture onto rolls forming a ring.
- Bring points of rolls up and over ring formation and attach to fat side of roll.
- Pull up fat (back) portion of roll to form a crust around the outside of ring.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350° .
- Cut with a pizza cutter.
