Chicken Salad

2 cups of cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 cup of celery, finely diced
1 apple, chopped. (I leave the skin on for the color) or 1/2 cup of seedless grapes chopped.
2 tablespoons of sweet onion, finely chopped
1 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle
mayonnaise (Add enough for desired consistency) *I don't measure...I just scoop it out of a jar!
1/2 cup of walnuts or slivered almonds.

Combine above ingredients.
