Pineapple Cake





Cake

1-1/2 cups of flour
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 small can of crushed pineapple, drained (reserve the liquid)
1/2 of the reserved pineapple juice

Topping

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut, shredded
1 cup chopped walnuts

Mix together the above ingrediants.

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • Mix together the above cake ingrediants and put in baking pan. (set aside)
  • Make topping, sprinkle over cake batter.
  • Bake for 45 minutes
