Granola



Makes 24 (1/2 cup) servings

9 cups of rolled oats
1 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup nuts

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Bake oats in oven for 10 minutes
  • Mix dry ingredients; set aside
  • Add dry ingredients to oats.
  • Stir in melted butter & vanilla.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. (Stirring every 5 minutes)
  • Store in Refrigerator.
